Black River Pack News - April/May 2022

Hello Dear Friends, Followers, and Readers:

Yes, there was no message from me last month. I apologize for this, however; I contracted COVID back in January or February of this year. It's supposed to be gone, hah! I'm having a great time with an odd symptom where if I do too much all at once I become completely exhausted. I do nothing and I won't recover back to my old self. It's an annoying catch-22 for someone who is only happy when she's getting things done.

Now with my strength and energy levels fluctuating more than the temperature I'm trying to write but have slowed down a little. But I am still writing.

Here's the update for my novels.

Taming the Alpha Twins is wrapping up this May 2022.

Poor Unfortunate Wolf I've paused for the time being, but I plan to get back to it in June 2022.

Blue Moon Bed and Breakfast is wrapping up this June 2022.

Second Chance for the Alpha I've paused but will return to writing it May 2022.

Serving the Alpha at His Whim is back in the Kindle Store. The paperback version can be purchased by looking up the book 1 The paperback is the complete story (all four books) of the eBooks.

Serving the Alpha at His Whim is still in serialized audiobook form on GoodFM.com

His Brother's Mate and A Bear's Mirrored Romance are both available as eBooks in the Kindle Store now.

Fated Mask is still available on NovelCat along with a separate novella format for A Black River Pack Yule. On GoodNovel etc this novella is part of His Brother's Mate.

My name is now searchable on Kindle, Barnes & Noble, KOBO, BOL.com, and other reputable eBooks retailers worldwide. You can still read all of my novels on GoodNovel.com, Meganovel.com, Beunovela, com in serialized format.

Introducing my next novel:

Wolf's Den

Rebecca Allen thought Lilac Grove was a great place to start over, away from her abusive ex-husband. But people are going missing. There’re too many hunters around for everyone’s comfort. Now the drop-dead gorgeous owner of The Wolf’s Den Bar, Robert Northgate, is missing. Rebecca was one of the last people to see him. If that’s not bad enough for one day. On the way home, she finds an injured wolf at the side of the road. Lucky for that wolf, she’s the new town vet. Robert Northgate’s day isn’t going any better. He’s under pressure to keep the money flowing for his pack. Times are hard for everyone. Though the annoying hunters are at least spending some, there are too many shoot first types around for Robert’s comfort as the Alpha of the Shadow Mists Pack. It gets worse when he finds rogue wolves in his territory. They leave him for dead at the side of a rural road. All on the same day, as he meets his very human mate. How does he explain the existence of werewolves to Rebecca? It’s Robert’s job to protect his people and be the best example of a werewolf. But his mate is a lowly human and prejudices run deep. Can he find love with his mate without losing his pack’s confidence? Can he stop the disappearances and find the missing people? Will he be able to stop the rogue wolves from taking his territory before some hunter shoots first and someone dies?

What's up for future writing?

I've received several requests for Richard's story from readers after they finished His Brother's Mate. I am hoping GoodNovel will pick up the book later in the year. I do have the story plotted out. Richard now Max after A Black River Pack Yule has a story along with others from those novels. It's a matter of whether GoodNovel will pick them up.

The writing will keep flowing here as long as I can. Here's to hoping you are all doing well, and I pray you continue to enjoy the werewolves of my insanity.

This summer I'll be adding some free back story information on the Black River Pack Series world so that you can get to know the people, places, factions, and all the nitty gritty that just won't fit into the novels.

Love

Klaira
